I have created these signs over the years,  they were both a hobby,  and therapy from a stressful job, and a passion to give to others and to honor people that have had profound impacts on my life.

The police related signs come from my heritage, and represent  my father, mentors, friends, and brothers in arms.

the wedding signs represent family, friends, adopted sons, each made with loving hands, and prayers over the work and the lives of those i'm giving them to.

A couple of signs  I have kept for myself, the sheriffs badge was the number I had carried  as a deputy.  There is a tree made of solid oak I cut as a new deputy  that I have kept. You can see it in the furniture photos on top of a book case.   The tree was shown at a city art show, and the Mayor asked if I would donate it to a Russian sister city? I asked if I would get to go and present it, she said no, and so did I.

there are business signs, family home signs that I have created , They all came from my heart in design and completion.

I have just finished an American Flag sign representing first responders, it is going to the Tri County Blue Line alliance founder . That sign has a stained glass heartbeat and heart in it.  The heart will cast a red shadow if the light hits it right.

I am finishing another wedding sign for the other twin brother. it has a fusion glass insert that is very pretty along with the maple wood slab sign .  It also has steel lazer cut names,  a hand forged hook that holds a pair of soulmate hearts.

I can also timber frame posts and holders for the signs, the post setup for the "McOwens  sign is timber framed with only wooden pegs and wedges for the joinery.  I also did the rock work for the base.   The El Rancho De Muela, is for a college roommate/brother  it is made from a single piece of Honduran mahogany and the letters and grape vines are hand done with a Dremel  and a router, free hand.

I just finished the wedding sign, and delivered it in late June. it has lights that rise and fall like a sunrise or sunset.

I jsut added my two latest signs  one is a night light that hangs on the wall for an 8 yr ol, the other is a storm that is coming to an end, and I believe I will keep that for myself  I changed out the light system for the storm sign and I am so much happier with it

i just got this lat piece of glass out of the kiln,  it will be a night light for a sweet 6 yr old.  will be putting a frame around it this next week

Katy's Night light is down below, it is in a black oak slab  and is lit from the back, it will go south in Feb.

the shield has been delivered  and I'm told it will hang on the families dining room wall, where it will have a place of honor.
