I involve my buyer collaborators in all stages of the decision making process throughout the life of  the project.  In addition to getting a Piece of  art, a sign, or furniture that meets your unique specifications, you get something that is what I like to call perfectly imperfect. I celebrate the imperfections in each piece of wood that I procure instead of hiding those imperfections like mass producers.
